Man Stunned By What He Sees Teen Pulling Down The Street

It’s not uncommon to see older generations lamenting about what has become of things. People have it too easy and young people have no idea what work is are a few of the popular refrains, and sometimes those observations are spot on.

However, not everyone can be pigeonholed into the same basket. There are dedicated and hungry workers out there from each generation - even today’s - and the ones that have what it takes continue to separate themselves from the pack.

As Mad World News shares, we have found one of those pack leaders in the form of a 14-year-old boy from Cleveland. Daron Taylor simply needed money. At his age, it can be pretty tricky to find regular work. Some teens will leave it at that and take the easy way out, but it appears that Taylor is made from stronger stock than that. He went ahead and started his own landscaping business.

He’s pretty serious about it. We’re not just talking about mowing a few neighbors lawns either. Taylor has gone ahead and fashioned himself a trailer so that he can haul his equipment on the back of his bike. That led him to have a run-in with a passing motorist, who was downright astounded at what he was seeing.

“So I don’t like walking and pushing the lawn mower, the weed whacker. So I saved up enough money to buy this bike right here and I bought a couple pieces of wood, that’s how I got the trailer,” he explained to the curious driver.

Taylor decided he needed the trailer when he realized he could get even more customers by going to other neighborhoods. That’s the sign of a young entrepreneur that’s thinking a few steps ahead. It shows a remarkable sense of clarity at a young age, and we’ll consider that another huge positive that he brings to the table. When you combine that with his work ethic, it’s quite clear that this kid is going places.
