One Trump Supporter Is Livid That POTUS Has Yet To Deliver On This Promise

Conservative commentator Ann Coulter is not known for biting her tongue. She’s made a name for herself by calling it as she sees it, and she could really care less if anyone agrees with her or not. Coulter supported President Donald Trump throughout the presidential election cycle, and that support has carried over now that he’s in office. However, she’s not so blinded by her support of Trump that she won’t call him out when he lets her down.

As Fox News Insider shares, Coulter is pretty upset with the commander-in-chief right about now. She feels he’s reneging on one of his biggest campaign pledges, and she took to social media to express her frustration.

“Yesterday, the Trump administration kept in place Obama’s unconstitutional executive amnesty,” she wrote. “This daily Trump melodrama is worth it ONLY if he’s really going to build the wall, cut off Muslim refugees and deport illegals.”

Coulter is a huge proponent of the border wall between the United States and Mexico that Trump promised to make happen, and she’s ticked off that no progress has been made on that front.

“Today's BORDER WALL CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Miles completed yesterday--Zero; Miles completed since Inauguration--Zero. NEXT UPDATE TOMORROW,” she continued. “Anyone in a Southwestern state who strolls to the border & drops a brick will have done more to build the wall than @realDonaldTrump.”

Not content to just call Trump out in a big league fashion, Coulter kicked it up a notch to suggest how a wall may finally get done.

“If @VP Pence were smart, starting making noises about how he'd LOVE to build a wall. He'd be sworn in as president about 2 weeks. I thought w/ Trump we'd finally have a president helping OUR country. So far: Syria, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Italy, China, N Kor. Today: Cuba!” she continued. “At least Cuba's in our hemisphere. How long can it be before Trump gets to America?”

Well now. Trump better get a move on with that wall. As Coulter sees it, he’s dropped the ball on this one, and that’s too much for her to swallow. While Coulter has a right to be frustrated with the lack of progress on the wall, she also needs to come to terms with the reality that Trump is dealing with right now.

Quite frankly, Trump’s hands are tied in many ways. Every time he turns around, the mainstream media is trying to cram a new conspiracy theory down the throat of the American people. Democratic leaders eat that up, and they use it as further fuel to obstruct the Trump agenda as much as possible.

Can Trump and GOP leaders put their foot down a bit more and move forward anyway? Yes, and they should - but it’s not always that cut and dry. Some support from across the aisle is necessary for a number of key initiatives, but no Democrats will cross that line - as of yet - out of fear of being ostracized by their peers. Add it all up, and progress may be a little slow at times during the Trump administration, and that’s incredibly frustrating for Coulter and other Trump enthusiasts.
